About this Work

Beloved woman, sister, and friend,

I see your longing for depth, healing, connection, creativity, and a liberated voice.

I know how chaotically messy yet simultaneously beautiful it is to be a woman.

I’m here to remind you that your body holds an innate wisdom.

One that knows how to heal, feel, and reclaim the freedom, peace and pleasure that’s always been yours.

In this work, we explore embodiment through emotional expression, boundary renegotiation, pleasure reclamation, dance and somatic movement, and feminine nervous system education.

We soften the grip of old stories, reclaim the wise language of the body, and liberate your ALIVENESS — freeing your heart to feel deeply, your body to trust again, and your unique essence to shine unbound.

We hold space for both the silly and the sacred, the playful and the powerful, the fierce and the tender.

You don’t have to do it all alone.

I’m here to walk alongside you on this path.

Meet Ayesha

Ayesha works with bold and transformative concepts, guiding women through pleasure reclamation, boundary renegotiation, emotional embodiment, and erotic empowerment.

As a somatic healing facilitator, vaginal steam provider, and embodiment practitioner with over 10 years of experience in the wellness field, Ayesha helps women resolve trauma and reconnect with the sacred vessel of the body.

Her professional foundation and educational background is rooted in trauma-informed yoga therapy, registered massage therapy (RMT), and medical acupuncture. While she is currently transitioning out of her RMT and acupuncture practice, her clinical experience has provided her with a strong understanding of anatomy, therapeutic concepts, and a deep commitment to compassionate and quality care.

Ayesha integrates a variety of modalities in her work including embodied emotional expression, somatic experiencing, somatic partswork (IFS model), primal activation, breathwork, self myofascial release, pandiculation exercises, therapeutic enactment expression, and yoni (vaginal) steaming.

Ayesha plays with the therapeutic concepts of both catharsis and titration in her work. Catharsis when pushing growth edges (mainly in group containers), and titration for slower, steadier, more grounded approach to healing.

In both approaches, Ayesha prioritizes the importance of resource and integration, creating a nurturing container where you can unravel and be held.
